Puff count can vary significantly based on individual usage and vaping habits, so it is not a reliable measure for determining the quantity of e-liquid remaining.

No Return or Refund Policy on Opened Vape Products

Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any vape products that have been opened. Due to health and safety regulations, all opened products are considered final sale.

Shipping Policy

Please be advised that we will only process and ship your order once payment has been received in full.

Orders will be confirmed and shipped after payment verification is complete. Shipping times will be provided based on your selected shipping method and destination. All deliveries take up to a maximum of 3 working days

All orders placed on weekends will only be couriered on the following Monday
